The TaxisGo plan gives you access to several privileges:
- Booking assistance for the restaurant of your choice
- Access to help booking flight or train tickets
- Access to help booking events (after 72h trial)
- Access to help booking hotels
- Booking assistance for your taxi journeys
- Personalised support and assistance
VIP TaxisGo plan conditions
The VIP TaxisGo plan gives you access to several privileges:
- Booking assistance for tickets to concerts, plays, festivals, VIP seats for football matches, tennis, F1, etc.
- Booking assistance for the restaurant of your choice
- Access to help booking flight or train tickets
- Access to help booking hotels
- Booking assistance for your taxi journeys
- Personalised support and assistance
Service details
You can make a request to book a restaurant, a flight ticket or a train ticket by contacting our team directly by phone or via the forms available in your logged-in area. Following this, our team will call you back or send a confirmation of your booking, or give you the best available offers by sending you a link external to the TaxisGo site so you can buy your tickets.
Price of the service and the TaxisGo plan
The TaxisGo plan costs €0.10 including the 72-hour trial offer, then €39.00 per month without cancellation of the account within 72h following the purchase of the plan (billing done on the anniversary date of the charge or on the last day of the month if this is not possible). Payment of your plan will be made by bank direct debit and will contain the label TaxisGo or TaxisGo.com.
The VIP TaxisGo plan costs €7.00 including the 72-hour trial offer, then €39.00 per month without cancellation of the account within 72h following the purchase of the plan (billing done on the anniversary date of the charge or on the last day of the month if this is not possible). Payment of your plan will be made by bank direct debit and will contain the label TaxisGo or TaxisGo.com.
TaxisGo plans can be cancelled at any time and unconditionally. Moreover, cancelling your TaxisGo plan is completely free.

TaxisGo plan terms
Your plan has a duration of one month automatically renewed at the end of the current plan period.
Your TaxisGo plan is of course cancellable at any time and without any condition. Nothing will be billed to you when cancelling your plan as it is entirely free!
To cancel your plan, simply go to the «Cancellation» page and enter the email address with which you purchased your TaxisGo plan. You can end your plan here.
Communications
All our communications will take place through your personal area or by email, but you can also contact us using our contact form or by calling ********** or finally by writing to us at contact@taxisgo.it.
Storage and transfer of information
Information will be stored on secure servers, controlled and maintained in accordance with privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information about data subjects located in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries that the European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided that these countries put in place appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.
Information is stored on the servers only for the time necessary to provide the services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We will keep records of processing activities in order to demonstrate compliance with the EU GDPR.
Some services require the use of third-party solutions. When you are redirected from our site to a third-party website, you are no longer interacting with our site. Any information you provide through third-party websites will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy and other applicable terms.
