For a rail arrival serving Gaeta, this guide uses Formia-Gaeta, a station outside central Gaeta. Its combined name does not mean the train arrives at Serapo beach. If the road journey starts at the station, keep Formia-Gaeta as the origin and enter your accommodation address as the destination. If you are already in Gaeta, give your actual location instead, distinguishing the Serapo area from an address on Via Indipendenza in the town.

Finding your way around local landmarks

Montagna Spaccata includes the sanctuary of Santissima Trinità and a visitor route associated with the splits in the promontory. The municipality also describes stairways along the visit. Do not interpret the site name as a promise that a car can reach the cave itself. Agree on a roadside meeting point and ask the site about walking conditions if these matter to you. The internal visit and the transfer to its access are separate stages.

Serapo is a beach in Gaeta, with addresses along Via Marina di Serapo.
