The TaxisGo package offers you a whole range of benefits:

Service details

Enter your pick-up point, destination and preferred time on the platform. Your request is processed automatically and confirmation is sent to you by text message or email within a few minutes. For an immediate journey, the driver usually arrives in around 5 minutes.

TaxisGo service prices and packages

The 24-hour trial costs €1, which is refundable on request during the trial period by emailing contact@taxisgo.net. At the end of the trial period, the subscription is automatically renewed at a rate of €49 per month, unless cancelled before the trial period expires. Cancellation is free of charge and stops any further renewals. Access remains active until the end of the period for which payment has already been made. Payment is made by credit card and will appear on your bank statement as PXT*TaxisGo. The fare for the journey is separate from the subscription fee.

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, free of charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the period for which payment has already been made.

TaxisGo Programme Terms and Conditions

The subscription lasts for one month and is automatically renewed at the end of the current subscription period.

You can cancel your subscription free of charge at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access remains active until the end of the period for which you have already paid. If you cancel before the end of the 24-hour trial period, you will not be charged for the monthly subscription.

To cancel your subscription, simply go to the ‘Cancellation’ page and enter the email address you used to sign up for the TaxisGo subscription. You will then be able to cancel your subscription there.

Communications

All our communications will be sent to you via your personal account or by email, but you can also contact us via our contact form or by sending us an email at contact@taxisgo.net.

Storage and transfer of information

The information will be stored on secure servers, which are monitored and managed in accordance with privacy protection measures. We may archive or transfer information relating to data subjects located in the EU to servers situated in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries which the European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided that those countries have adopted appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal data.

Data is only retained on the servers for as long as is necessary to provide the services and to ensure the integrity of our databases. We will maintain a record of processing activities in order to demonstrate our compliance with the EU’s GDPR.
